Fancy billboard, fancy paint job, claim of veteran's and senior discount is nothing without honestly and integrity. We got a quote over the phone. These people did come out at the time promised, BUT the price quoted over the phone was not the price they wanted; in fact about 4 times more. They did politely leave and put the lid back on. I called other companies and told them what I was told I needed. A couple said "You do not even need to tell me who told you that!" Bottom line. We got someone else with years of experience come out and did a fantastic job. This company will give you a nice price but expect a lot of add ons. My advice is keep looking. I can definitely recommend someone who will not try to take advantage of you. It is NOT Sergeants!

Had my septic system pumped and the pipes resealed due to roots getting inside. The guys did an A+ job! They arrived on time and same day in my case. They offered what they recommend after seeing the condition of the system but didn't force anything on me and were knowledgeable and willing to explain each option. The grass in the area was pretty sparse and in bad shape to begin with but they reseeded it for me after they filled it back in and smoothed everything back out. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a good honest company to deal with. Great job guys!
