We had a fence built by Apple around March Within a week, one gate was malfunctioning due to being set too close to the latchIn September, the second gate started malfunctioning due to being too far from the latch (it swings open on it's own)We began calling in September to request that someone come to look at the gatesI spoke with a lady the first time, who stated she would let someone know and it may be a few weeks until anyone gets out to look at them due to "transitioning." I said that is fine, no rushSeveral months later, I hadn't heard or seen anyone, and so I called back, but no one answeredA recorded prompt message picks up and there are options, I called back, pressing every single one, and no one answeredI left messages on all lines, and no one called backI called repeatedly for a week, no one ever picked upI let a few more weeks pass and called again, and on one of my attempts, a man (***) picked up and stated they are going through transitions
