Complaint[redacted] provided exceptionally poor customer service and new client intake prior to a first appointment. 1. IN EVERY CONVERSATION SHE WAS TOO BUSY TO SPEAK WITH ME, IMPATIENT WITH MY QUESTIONS, AND RUSHING OFF TO TAKE CARE OF SOMEONE OR SOMETHING ELSE. We spoke 3 times for an average of 8 minutes each. Each time she said things like "I only have two minutes," "someone else is waiting for me," etc. One conversation was interrupted at least 3 times. She frequently deflected my questions or would not answer them clearly. 2. MY BASIC QUESTIONS ABOUT HER SERVICES WERE NEVER ANSWERED, AND I WAS DERIDED FOR DOING SIMPLE DUE DILIGENCE. She did not explain, either when we spoke or on her website, what to expect before, during, and after the procedure. She did not provide any guidelines to help determine how many sessions to do, even when asked. She did not describe any contraindications or possible risks or complications. When I asked about these things, she told me "a doctor wouldn't do a consultation without pay" - even though I had already been to her office for a paid consultation, booked another slot, AND PAID HER! 3. MY HEALTH, COMFORT, AND SAFETY WERE NOT A PRIORITY. She did not take a health history or confirm that I didn't have any contraindications for the procedure. She took no steps to ensure I was not allergic to the ingredients in the prep products she provided. She would not provide a list of ingredients for these prep products, even when asked. 4. SHE WAS UNPROFESSIONAL. Private health conversations were held in her public waiting room while other clients were present. Her dog was in the office, but no accommodation was made for people with allergies. Her voicemail was full, she wasn't answering the phone, and no email was provided, so there was no way to cancel my appointment. She did not mention she didn't take credit cards until I arrived at her office with no other way to pay. All of these complaints are laid out in an extremely detailed letter sent directly to Nadine.Product_Or_Service: colonic prep productsDesired SettlementThe primary resolution I seek is for [redacted] to treat other prospective clients with greater respect. Do not make prospective clients feel like they are being a nuisance by bringing you their business. Use this as an opportunity for some deep self-reflection about your impact on others & how you run your business. I recognize that the Revdex.com cannot monitor the success or failure of such a resolution, but it's the only thing I can think to ask for. An apology would also be appropriate & appreciated.
