The "blemishes" developed in the control joints. These "control joints" are specifically installed to protect the surrounding concrete from cracking if the concrete was to crack for whatever reason. There are many variables to consider that can cause this to happen. This is a common practice of any concrete contactors. We are very sorry for the misunderstanding and have personally tried to address this in the most professional manor.
