Review: I used their store owned cash vending machine on 9/29/15,which they ([redacted])stated dose not charge a fee to use to obtain cash inorder to pay the nail salon for service, but indeed serenity nail salon charged me $1.50 dollar fee to use this cash machine a fee- it is a bold out right lie to customers to state this-& I believe they also place a statement on the machine itself as well to customers stating there is no fee.
