Review: I signed up and paid for SR22 insurance in November. I then called my insurance company to take myself off, I was then informed that [redacted] offered SR22 insurance. I called serenity insurance back and asked to cancel. I asked when I could expect to receive my entire refund of $174? I was told in about 30 days. We only received $84 of the 174. When I called on the 22nd of December I was told that the remaining balance was a non refundable brokerage fee. From the time I signed up and canceled my insurance was only a couple hours. I just want the money that is owed to us.Desired Settlement: Want the money that is owed to us.
