Ordered an item in November as a present for Christmas. I have received three false tracking numbers, and have yet to receive the package as of December 22nd. The website and facebook page do not allow for reviews to be made, so many people are ordering this product and never receiving it. Worst experience ever, the company has refused to refund.
Serengetee is a SCAM. I ordered a Christmas gift for my friend on December 7th, 2018. I received an email saying that the shipping label was created on December 20th and have not heard anything since. There have been no other updates and I have reached out to the company 3 times now. Terrible customer service. I strongly believe this company is fake. It is now January 11th and still nothing. $40 gone down the toilet.
If I could give a negative star I would. I’ve been trying to get an answer since December 1 about the order. My emails are being ignored and I am blocked from asking on Facebook. I am now out $76 unless my bank can fight the charge for me. Horrible customer service.
placed an order April 12,2017 tracking number I was given says it has not been shipped 20 days later . Emailed for the last 3 days no answer . There is no phone number for this company this might be a scam
Review: I had received a t-shirt from the company and it wasn't to my satisfaction, there were strings hanging off the shirt pocket. So I emailed customer service asking for a refund, no reply. I emailed again and there was a reply. I was confused about their returns policy so I sent an email back, no reply. So I emailed what they had asked me to send in the email before, a picture of the product and the order number, no response. Then I emailed once more and asked for a response and for a customer service number I could contact, no reply. I tried once again and voiced my issue with their customer service insisting on a full refund and for a customer service number once more. Again I contacted them saying that I was going to contact the Revdex.com and I was going to debate the charge with my bank and yet again no reply.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the product that I had purchased as well as a refund for the other product I had purchased that was in fine condition. I don't want any clothing from this company, but a full refund on both shirts would be desirable.
Worst experience I have ever had with a company in my life. I work in a competiting company in customer service and I know it can be hard around the holidays, but this was absolutely ridiculous. I would attempt to contact them over a period of 4-5 days, sometimes multiple times a day and would get no response.
They did not ship my items--even though they were premade items. They told me they would ship them by certain dates, then they never were shipped by those dates. Most currently they told me they were already shipped and provided me with tracking that doesn't work. They have not even shipped the items at all. They will not respond to my pleas for a refund. They won't give me a straight answer if my products are coming or not.
I needed 3 items for different gifts on specific dates, of which all dates were over 2 weeks after I ordered the item. It is ridiculous that a premade product can not be shipped out in 2 weeks or even 3 weeks.
Once again, have never had a worse experience with a company in my life.
