Serene Images Photography

This woman called me about an hour after I gave birth and asked me if it would be ok for her to come to my hospital room the following day and have a newborn photo session of my brand new baby. I agreed, and she showed up the following day and was pleasant enough. She took her pictures and talked me into a photo package which I promptly paid for. My daughter is turning 4 in about 6 weeks and I have yet to have these pictures. I have contacted her numerous times over the years, and every time she is taken aback that I have not received my pictures yet. She has no clue what happened... and offers me discounts on new photos. Well what happened was that she swindled a new mother out of her money. All I want are my pictures from my daughter's first day of life. And I have heard this same story from other mothers who have been swindled by her as well. Do not let this woman take any pictures for you that you actually want to get. Or at least insist on the prints before you pay her.
