Our business has a store policy sign that clearly states "No Refunds for Chemicals"The employee working on 7/was following store policyWe are sorry the customer is unsatisfiedWe reached out to her to come by for a refund but she has not responded
I take issue with Beauty Texas' response to this claim. I reached out to them both via phone and email numerous times during the last -6 weeks in an effort to resolve this issue. Once I contacted a pesticide expert to advise me on how to rid my closet of the fruit flies because they were multiplying so rapidly, I was advised to contact *** to recover my loss since I could not prove if the fruit flies originated from Beauty Texas or if somehow the box was contaminated during the shipping process. The first time I called the owners with my issue, they refused to come to the phone. They conveyed messages through the clerk who answered the phone. She tried several times to persuade the owners to speak directly to me, they refused. After then, they ignored my voicemail messages and emails in which I pleaded with them to assist me in recovering my losses. I have no aspiration to slander their company, I didn't know they existed until I placed this order. Despite of what they say about the chemical make up of wigs, when I decided to try on the wig to wear for the Labor Day weekend, or more fruit flies flew out of it. According to the pesticide expert, eggs must have been in he box in which it was shipped. Luckily, I was able to quickly close my closet door to contain the contamination of these insects in my waclosetHowever, it took three weeks to finally get rid of these insects. I spoke with *** as recent as Sept 19th in which they indicated the damage claims forms had not yet been returned. I cannot recover my loss until the forms are returned to ***and this company credits my credit card account, which leaves me at a disadvantage. I will not consider this issue resolved until my credit card account has been credited

*** first order through our website was on July 13th for a wigWe sent her the requested product July 15th via ***Once she received the wig, she was not satisfied with the color and contacted us on July 21stWe replaced her order within days of receiving it with no charge and re-shipped her a new wig via *** (a detail that will become important later)Seven weeks later on September 3rd *** *** left a voicemail stating there were fruit flies in the wigWe spoke on the phone and I explained that the fruit flies could not have come from the wig as wigs are made with chemicals that prevent any kind of life form from growing on themThe following week she emailed us and said she contacted *** and filed a damage forms claim and that *** would email us the paperworkWe immediately responded and said once we received the paperwork then we would fill it out She emailed us September 15th asking about the paperwork and then again on Sep 19th. On Sep 20th, despite running our own business, we went out of our way to call *** personally and locate *** files for her*** ended up sending us the paperwork on Sep 23rdHowever, to complicate the matter even more, Gail, pointing a finger at *** was erroneous in her claim, as the problem was that of ***, which was the carrier of her RE-shipmentAn over site Gail never caught and we, despite it being none of our business, didn't catch until laterOur efforts were all in vail though, as *** ***, in her clouded anger and haste, decided to write a slanderous review about our business without working out the details of accidental missteps regarding both parties. Supposing the fruit flies are an accurate claim, we hope shipping services don't cause the same hardship and problems again, and that if they do, customers like *** will be more accurate and diligent in addressing a problem

I am responding to the the message returned by this company. Again, in pure scam artist form, they are lying stating they attempted to contact me for a refund and never did. I never once received a call from this business. I have not received a refund for these items. Not once did I ever see a sign stating that was store policy to not return chemicals. I'm sure they've made one up by now. When I tried to return my items they told me I could not simply because I used a debit card.
Our business has a store policy sign that clearly states "No Refunds for Chemicals". The employee working on 7/27 was following store policy.
We are sorry the customer is unsatisfied. We reached out to her to come by for a refund but she has not responded.
