I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I am still unhappy with how long it is taking for me to receive my vehicle. I am way more upset with the fact it has almost been 5 months, than the fact that I have missed payments. The payment part is on me, the fact that I have had no vehicle is on them. I believe something needs to be done about this in ways of a refund, or just plain and simply keep the vehicle and buy it back from me for what I owe. Unsatisfactory. The mechanic says people pull him off of my vehicle to go pick up other, unacceptable. My vehicle should be a top priority and it is being seen as something far less. If further actions need to be taken then they will be, but I would like to at least see some progress or have my vehicle back this week!

I wanted to send the confirmation that the title was sent out to Mr [redacted]( see USPS form), I also wouldlike to reiterate that Mr [redacted] HAD many communications with our lot and was told he could come pick the title up on several occasions, he never came in.Please call with any questions at...
