Serendipity Apartments

I would like to get my refund for my security deposit I contacted serendipity apt to rent my bedroom apt.on 4/2/The leasing agent charge $for a lot of fee $goes toward security deposit and they ask me to pay $from one of the creditor I own so I can be approved to rent the serendipity apt.I told the leasing agent I could not move to the apt July the to give me and extension until July 30/it was approved verbal over the phone.I got a call later on July 17/leasing agent said they can't hold the apt and no refund will be issue back to meI would like my money back

Never received a final bill in my mailbox to see what the charges areAlso was never called about a payment plan I moved out on March 31stI gave them my forwarding address which is at a PO Box only miles awayI have checked ALL my mail there and there is no sign of a final billI called the office and they have a balance of $something and they stated they took my entire deposit but they cant explain why they took itAlso I had a utility bill that was higher than normalNothing that this office does makes senseI decided to ask for a payment extension, the first lady told me to bring half of the amount in a money orderThen the next day I called again and the associate, Talesha, told me she has to talk to management and have them call me back to set up an extensionI have Talesha make a copy of the money order that I turned inIts been almost a week and no call from managementI should not have to do all this work for an apartment complex.I also feel they should ta
