Review: I placed an order through [redacted] on 12/26 and have yet to receive my item. I have attempted to contact their customer service via phone at least a dozen times over the past two months regarding the status of my item but to no avail. Finally, I receive two emails right before the business changed it's name to Serendipity and Grace at the end of Feb. promising my item would be shipped in Jan. and then in Feb. I even inquired as to if I could get a refund and they stated that is not possible as it was a preorder item. They don't communicate with their customers, don't provide timely customer service and quite frankly, as I see it, have ripped me off $75.91 with no merchandise to show for it. I even attempted to file a complaint with by bank who says they can't help because the charge is beyond their 60-day statute of limitations. I would either like a refund or my item but I believe the preorder scandal has gone on long enough.Desired Settlement: $75.91
