Review: We installed flooring from the back in January and noticed mistakes in early March. They have 1 year guarantee on their work I have repeatedly asked them to come and fix it on more than half dozen times all logged in my phone. I called and texted them over a dozen times to get them to come out and fix the mistake they have made. I no longer have any confidence in their ability to fix or their warranty.Desired Settlement: I want a refund to hire a professional to have the flooring fixed at their expense.
