I recently purchased a building from R&B Metal Structures. I was told when they could deliver the building and they were on time. The guy put the building exactly where I wanted it and how I wanted it. Very nice gentleman that set up my building. Truck # 50 Jordan. Could not have gotten a nicer guy. I would recommend he to anyone. Thanks for all your help and great service.
Thanks again.

Purchased a 40x40 carport in 2014 and it collapsed on Dec X XXXX called company on Dec 12 about the problem paper work states 10 year limited warranty no certified and they will not stand behind warranty I wrote a check for 7600.00 for their product that did not last but three years they don'they have no clues if their own policies regarding warrantys
I want a full refund for faulty carport they are no longer serving Louisiana
The warranty that you're referring to is a limited rust through warranty. You purchased a non-certified structure. This comes with a 90 day workmanship warranty and the 10 year limited rust through warranty. Neither of which covers snow damage. There is no valid warranty claim on this purchase.

If this building could not take a extra 5pfs weight then you are selling a dangerous product that is unsuitable for resale your company should know that the little support that you used for this size carport was not right
November 21, 2017 My experience with R&B Metal Structures was a positive transaction. I had a metal building delivered on the day they said they would arrive and a call was made to let me know of the delivery date and the time expected. The building met my expectation and I was well pleased. I have been doing busy with R & B a number of years. *** was my salesperson.
Thank you so much for your review. We are happy to hear that your building met your expectations once again. I will be sure to pass this review along to *** as well.
R&B put up a roof with a hole in it and will not repair it.
In July R&B put up a metal roof on my property which I paid for the day they arrived. They put the roof up with a hole in the tin and have yet to repair it. I want a partial refund since it has taken them months and they still have not repaired it to date.
Since R&B did not provide the service they agreed to then I would like a 10% refund on the roof and I will repair myself. I have spent hours calling them to get a date and they do not return my calls. Today they are stating it will be October before they can repair but they have promised dates before and then do not complete the service repair. I want a partial refund and I will repair myself
We apologize for the delay in replacing the damaged roof panel. We never intended not to replace it. After some scheduling issues on our part, we did agree to refund the customer in lieu of replacing the panel as she had requested.
The company has agreed to provide a small.refund and I have accepted that as resolution to this issue.
Thank for your intervention.
Who owes the refund?
A 26x26 carport was ordered on 7/10/17 through Shelby County Structures. They are a sales office for M & B. We paid a deposit in the amount of $336.60 on cash and was told an approximate install date was around 5 weeks, but that someone would contact us and let us know a date and time. On week 5, I hadn't heard anything from anyone, so I called the number on the receipt. I was told that she would get with the installer and call me back. A few days later I received a call from R &B, that we could expect the I stallon 9/13 between 1:00pm-4:00pm. On Tuesday afternoon, I received a call that the installer was behind due to Hurricane Irma, and it would be Thursday before he could install, between the hours of 1-3pm. At 1:00 on Thursday, I called (R & B office) to verify we were still on schedule. I was told he was still behind and it would be Friday. At this point, I have already blocked out my scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday, now they are asking for an additional day. The woman at the office gave me the installers name and number. I called The installer (Quinton), and he said it would be Friday between 1-3 if I could be patient as he had a funeral that had pushed him behind. On Friday at 12:30, I called Quinton again to see where we were and he said he wasn't going to make it by, that he didn't leave Ga on time because his trailer lights weren't working and that he had a job in sylacauga to do before mine. We told him if he didn't make it by that day, to forget it and cancel the order. He hung up on us and we called R & B for a refund. They said they would cancel the order and to go by the local office to get refund. We went right over to the local office and the gentleman there said he can't give refunds and that the owner was in Orange Beach and wouldn't return until Monday (9/18/17) He called the owner and the owner said he would take care of it when he returned. Today, 9/18 we called the local office about our refund check and were told that they didn't fee like they owed us the refund, that they did everything they were supposed to do and that R &B should be the one to refund our deposit.
R&B says the local office is responsible. We just want our money back after waiting for 10 weeks on a carport.
A refund in the amount of $336.60
We sincerely apologize for the delays you experienced and the lack of service from the installation crew. I did confirm that your deposit was refunded in full.
