Review: This contractor has done shoddy work. All items completed will not pass code in the state of Maryland. Never delivered what was promised. Never became licensed to work in Maryland as he had said he was going to. Had a subcontractor forge our signature on a contract that we never saw to get the permit to begin work on the project. Only had 1 permit inspection on a project that required many along the way. Project has to be torn down and started over as required by license and permit inspection in the state of Maryland including the foundation. Project was to have a usable bathroom in 4 weeks. 12 week later he told us he needed another 6 weeks before that was going to happen. Many many more issues occurred. Desired Settlement: $38,000.00
