sequitur books

Review: I ordered a book from Sequitur Books on Jan 21st. I paid for the item at the time of purchase. I have sent two emails from them and after sending the third they responded that they were waiting on payment to ship. I replied that I had payed via [redacted] at the time of order. I sent another email advising that I had ordered the item as a birthday gift and that since the birthday had passed and I had purchased another gift, I wanted a refund. I was later sent another email that simply read "okay!" I still have not received a refund.Desired Settlement: I want a refund via [redacted] where I first paid for the item
