My telephone records indicate that a representative of this business tried to contact me times in a day period When they did contact me, it was a high pressure, scare tactic salesscheme They indicated that my septic tank could "fail" at any moment and I would be out "thousands" of dollars to repair itTheir product would help keep this from happening but there was no guarantee or warranty on the productI was told I could pay over a month period, even though they pressured me for an immediate paymentdays after I received the product I got a "reminder" letter that payment was now due, and they requested one half of the amount instead of one fourth as promisedNo list of ingredients is on the container, but the product looks suspiciously like powdered dishwasher or laundry detergentIf you try to call them you will be given a choice of extensions covering everything from new orders, to paying bills, to employmentAll but the employment line have a message that the extension you have reached has a full mailbox All also seem to have the same extension Would not do business with them againIf they call hang upIf they contue to call complain to your telephone service and they can instruct you on how to block the calls However this company has multiple numbers and so you may be called again on another line

This company phoned me indicating I had been a long time customer of "theirs." As a matter of fact I have never purchased a product from this company In fact they were describing that I had purchased a 'bucket' of their product consisting of packets Again, I neither purchased their product nor ever received a bucket of their product As it turned out when I identified the product I had purchased their only remark was that the company was closed and out of business Apparently they might have been packaging their former product for the company I purchased from but not them directly In further conversations I questioned the updated quality and warranty of their representative's guarantees Including the fact that there was no payment of the cost of $for days and then if dissatisfied all payments would be returned in full and no questions asked That is if I could explain the fact that the product was not performing as warrantied They would not explain how I determined this without opening the septic tank or tearing up the leech lines It was more just wait a see the results within the following years The finality of this conversation was that the 'sales rep' admonished me for taking up his time that he had other calls to make to his customers Again, I never purchased from this company directly so they apparently were awarded my contact information when, I assume, the purchased the business from the company I had bought from When insisting that their product would eliminate the destructive oil accumulation from other products being used by all households there was no information offered for comparing the other products available for purchase only to visit their website Consequently, I also assume that if they were packaging for the company I had purchased septic additives from that product is no longer the better product available Such goes the sales scam of one product being far superior than another

My mother-in-law is years old and unfortunately received a telephone call from these leachesShe agreed to order a bucket of this crapI called and asked to send it back but unknowing to me there was only a day return windowThe bucket is unopened and I called today and told them I will be sending it backThey said they won't accept itI think it is criminal that even though my mother-in-law's number is on the do not call registry, she still gets calls from these kinds of scammers

I recently received a call from a guy from Septic Savior Fast taking [redacted] ***, claiming that I owe their company a unpaid balance of $for a product purchased in Yes I did purchase a septic product from this company and always pay in fullBig red flag that this guy is calling years later demanding moneyI told him to send me the original invoice for proofWell I did receive an invoice Problem one, it was date DecInvoice states "paid by Check" yet below shows three credit card installment paymentsThere is no company phone number Both my wife and I had past calls from this dead beat demanding we purchase more products from himGoogle this company and you will see that this guy has taken people for thousands of dollarsPeople that have made purchases from him with their credit card and additional unauthorized purchasesStay away from this guy and his companiesYes he has others

The other person who stated that they call and hang up is correctWhen the machine picks up they hang up,They do not leave a message ( I screen my calls) I usually block the calls but I ran out of memory, they just use another lineI have received the product, it is the only way to stop the endless calls and I wanted to see the name of the company so I could research themNow that I have this information I will return the order unopened$for a product with no ingredients or structure of how this will accomplish what it states; is a total waste of money
And they did mention I had purchased this before and should be running lowWrong I used something about years ago and after a few months I threw it all out.And it was cases of product not this little 1/gallon containerI do not recommend using a credit card or you might have a hard time getting your money back

These clowns call and hang up, call and hang up, call and hang upThey're a remake of another scam artist septic telemarketing group who was fined by the State of NC for phone abuse
PhoniesI'm amazed that Revdex.com has them listed as A+Revdex.com must be part of the scam

Don't appreciate unsolicited calls from this company and the strong-arm, rude sales tactics

I'VE BEEN USING THIS PRODUCT FOR YEARS AND THINK AS A SEPTIC TANK MAINTANANCE PRODUCT YOU CAN'T BEAT IT . I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT IT UNCLOGGING A CLOG THATS NOT WHAT IT'S FOR . THIS PRODUCT KEEP HEALTHY BACTERIA IN THE TANK TURNING SOLID INTO LIQUID SO IT CAN FLOW OUT.

My mother-in-law is 80 years old and unfortunately received a telephone call from these leaches. She agreed to order a bucket of this crap. I called and asked to send it back but unknowing to me there was only a 30 day return window. The bucket is unopened and I called today and told them I will be sending it back. They said they won't accept it. I think it is criminal that even though my mother-in-law's number is on the do not call registry, she still gets calls from these kinds of scammers.

My telephone records indicate that a representative of this business tried to contact me 19 times in a 300 day period. When they did contact me, it was a high pressure, scare tactic salesscheme. They indicated that my septic tank could "fail" at any moment and I would be out "thousands" of dollars to repair it. Their product would help keep this from happening but there was no guarantee or warranty on the product. I was told I could pay over a 4 month period, even though they pressured me for an immediate payment. 30 days after I received the product I got a "reminder" letter that payment was now due, and they requested one half of the amount instead of one fourth as promised. No list of ingredients is on the container, but the product looks suspiciously like powdered dishwasher or laundry detergent. If you try to call them you will be given a choice of extensions covering everything from new orders, to paying bills, to employment. All but the employment line have a message that the extension you have reached has a full mailbox. All also seem to have the same extension ... 211. Would not do business with them again. If they call hang up. If they contue to call complain to your telephone service and they can instruct you on how to block the calls. However this company has multiple numbers and so you may be called again on another line.

This company phoned me indicating I had been a long time customer of "theirs." As a matter of fact I have never purchased a product from this company. In fact they were describing that I had purchased a 'bucket' of their product consisting of 50 packets. Again, I neither purchased their product nor ever received a bucket of their product.

As it turned out when I identified the product I had purchased their only remark was that the company was closed and out of business. Apparently they might have been packaging their former product for the company I purchased from but not them directly.

In further conversations I questioned the updated quality and warranty of their representative's guarantees. Including the fact that there was no payment of the cost of $200.00 for 30 days and then if dissatisfied all payments would be returned in full and no questions asked. That is if I could explain the fact that the product was not performing as warrantied. They would not explain how I determined this without opening the septic tank or tearing up the leech lines. It was more just wait a see the results within the following years.

The finality of this conversation was that the 'sales rep' admonished me for taking up his time that he had other calls to make to his customers. Again, I never purchased from this company directly so they apparently were awarded my contact information when, I assume, the purchased the business from the company I had bought from.

When insisting that their product would eliminate the destructive oil accumulation from other products being used by all households there was no information offered for comparing the other products available for purchase only to visit their website. Consequently, I also assume that if they were packaging for the company I had purchased septic additives from that product is no longer the better product available.

Such goes the normal sales scam of one product being far superior than another.

I recently received a call from a guy from Septic Savior ... Fast taking [redacted], claiming that I owe their company a unpaid balance of $49.95 for a product purchased in 2007. Yes I did purchase a septic product from this company and always pay in full. Big red flag that this guy is calling 8 years later demanding money. I told him to send me the original invoice for proof. Well I did receive an invoice . Problem one, it was date Dec2015. Invoice states "paid by Check" yet below shows three credit card installment payments. There is no company phone number. Both my wife and I had past calls from this dead beat demanding we purchase more products from him. Google this company and you will see that this guy has taken people for thousands of dollars. People that have made purchases from him with their credit card and additional unauthorized purchases. Stay away from this guy and his companies. Yes he has others .
