I placed a order with the company some time back and never received my itemAfter trying to contact the company many times I never got a responseAvoid at all cost they will rip you off

I ordered from SephoraVip and they never sent my order and they sent me an email that stated they were sending a refund I have yet to receive and I have been dealing with this for months...I have left them messages because they never answer and have still never called me back, I also have left several emals and they have only responded times and said they would check on where my refund was and never got back...They basically stole from me and my kids!!!

At this time, I have been contacted directly by SephoraVip.com regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: 10pt;">I was directed to send the item using a shipping label provided by SephoraVipI did so, the item was delivered on January **, I have not received the refund yet and will not consider my complaint resolved until I have Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I ordered a flozbottle of Coco Chanel Mademoiselle for my wife, her existing bottle had about a ozremainingThe item took about days to arriveWhen I opened the box and saw the bottle it was obvious that something was wrongThe first item I noticed was that the cap was a very opaque, almost white glassAs I looked at the bottle the next item I noticed was that the gold label was very poorly done, it had streaks running from the top to the bottom, not unlike when my printer is running low on inkI turned the bottle over to look at the label on the bottom which read " made in Paris", not in FranceThe real item reads "Made in the USA" ( I checked my wife's bottle and the bottles at Nordstroms and Macy's.) The final item that confirmed that the item was fake was the fact that it smelled nothing like the real thing

After multiple attempts through telephone and electronic communication it took months to finally get a refund after I was sold and knock off product one I asked it to be refunded I was sent the shipping label with the incorrect shipping address to their own company so it showed back up at my door I then had to ship it once more The company deducted multiple charges from my account for this item and didn't refund them until months after but at the end of everything I have been refunded it took three months and it was beyond ridiculous what I had to go through these people have no respect They're running in criminal business in my opinion and something I think the Revdex.com should look into but there's only so much you can do so this is my report they have refunded me I however would suggest never purchasing or even going to this website by using the Sephora VIP name they make one think they're associated with the well-known store chain of Sephora when they are A scam company that has nothing to do with it the actuals for the warning warning warning do not purchase from these criminalsSincerely,

I placed a order with the company some time back and never received my item. After trying to contact the company many times I never got a response. Avoid at all cost they will rip you off.

I am writing to warn other online shopper of the lack of security and follow-up to fraudulent activity on the Sephora website. I do a lot of online shopping for its convenience. I am an avid Sephora shopper with VIB Rouge membership. A few days ago I received an email from Sephora thanking me for changing my email and saying that I would no longer receive emails to that address. The thing is, I never changed my email address. But, there was no link or service number to call in case I hadn't actually changed the email (which I hadn't). There phone number also doesn't provide an option in their automated system to talk to someone about fraudulent activity. I opened the app on my phone which allowed me to because I had it in my wallet with the option of always keeping it open. When I went on my profile, sure enough, there was my name with someone else's email address [redacted] I looked up that email through a google search and found out that it was a throw away (temporary email). I was able to change my email pretty easily with absolutely zero security to verify my identity. No password request, nothing. I called customer service and they ad no protocol or answers for why it was so easy for someone to access my account. Mind you, my account includes my first and last name, birth date, address, and even credit card information. They can also access my account number and all associated points accrued. I sent their customer service an email and received an insulting response. They said that they "appreciate my feedback" and will "incorporate" said feedback in their "future endeavours." This is the response I get while someone has access to my personal information. Because of their lack of security for personal privacy, I do not feel comfortable shopping on Sephora.com. I would advise that others are leerry as well.
