As mentioned by the customer, he came to fix his phone, droid maxx , at our kiosk. before we start working on his phone, the customer asked if we had any warranty and the policy of the warranty.we told him that it is going to be a day warranty no refund , but we would work on his phone
at no extra cost as long as he did not break the phone cause any damage .so when he came back within his warranty, we offered to fix the phone at no extra cost, but he became loud demanding his money back and he did not even give us the chance to work on the phone.The customer is more than welcome to come back and we will fix the phone although its past his warranty at no cost
