In response to the complaint we did agree to go out to the house to correct the situation and told *** I would call her before going thereThat afternoon I tried calling and got no response so there for we did not goI would gladly have gone on Monday to correct the problem but obviously she did
not give me any time to do soI was not going to travel out there to find out she was not home
