fire  last week and had to help with family affairs.  I did not do a labor material  job for Mrs [redacted], I did a contract job for $1800.                            Mrs [redacted] gave me $500 down payment                            Job labor $1200                             Paid subcontractor $400                             Leaving me $100The job was not finished because of the fire which was beyond my control. I am willing to pay $200.
