notes on her account, she told site staff that she tried 3 times unsuccessfully to make payment. Site staff made an attempt in the office, once unsuccessfully then a second and finally successful time. Our accounting staff then found the error in their banking reports and notified the site staff on 10/20/15 that the card was charged 5 times and we needed to put in a refund request to get the money back to the customer. We then got the refund request paperwork into our accounts payable staff and she processed it.
This is not a common occurrence, sometimes the operating system and banking software Glitches. We do our best to catch these errors and try to rectify them as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience it caused.
