The first of the year we received a call about a leak beneath the kitchen sink and we repaired itWhile there they told us about a problem with their water heater not staying litIt could not be repaired and we searched for a replacementThe customer did not have the money for a new oneWe found
a used one, but it was a propane water heaterWe contacted the manufacturer for instructions to convert it to gas. It also needed another burner and we replaced itA month later there was a problem with it and they called the gas companyThe gas company came out and said there was an issue with a gas line and turned one of the lines offWe were contacted about the gas line and confirmed the heater was converted to gasThe customer knew the water heater was used. We repaired the sink, located and replaced the water heater for $We feel this complaint us unwarranted
