Dear ***.A personal business dispute that you with your salesmans family member, is not something that should be let out on
us.The
fact that it took a few months for the insurance company to accept
liability is not something of our concern, we gave you a lexus loaner
which you did not pay for, we didAny rental, insurance co or collision
shop will only give you a car for days maxwe gave you one for
months, at our expense, and u still have the audacity to complain about
car being returned late because we refused to fix something we weren't
sure we are getting paid for?the
damages to your vehicle that lexus is charging you for, is not damages
caused by the accident, and therefore we didn't get paid for it, why do
you even expect us to pay for it or fix itMaybe complain to the
insurance company to reimburse you for all these months that they had
this on hold

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Your business practices are shady You lied numerous times to the insurance company and it was your fault that the insurance company took so long because you did NOT follow protocol and let my insurance company come down and see the damaged car Of course you gave me a loaner car, that was to pacify me because of your ineptness You dragged this whole affair on longer than it should have been Six months to fix a car is ridiculous!!!! Had you done everything according to proper protocol, and followed rules, this would not have happened Also, I never got to see the car once it was fixed You did such a shoddy job that now I am being penalized once again for your ineptness This is completely unfair Your business practices are not above board The fact that you lied numerous times to the insurance company stating that you were someone in my family and were answering questions to them and representing yourselves as someone that you aren't is reprehensible They have everything recorded as it says before you speak to them!!! Go argue with a tape recording!
