Review: Business agreed to bronze baby shoes. Service was paid for in advance ($476.31) and shoes were never delivered. The business phone provided was ###-###-####Desired Settlement: I want my shoes!

Review: to represent his company as part of your company. This company and its [redacted] is a complete scam.

I left my information at one of my local [redacted] to have my babies shoes bronzed. I received a call from [redacted]he [redacted] of [redacted] (located in [redacted]and he scheduled to come to my home to discuss options. After he visited my home on June *, 2014 and I placed an order with him for both my sons shoes and my daughters shoes, I gave him a $289.38 check and never heard from him again. I later tried to call the numbers he has listed of which they are all disconnected. I finally went online and tried to do some research and found out I was NOT the only person he had done this to. I was able to speak to a customer service rep at (Senti Metal) and spoke to [redacted] who said she was in contact with [redacted] and his Wife [redacted] and had asked that they contact me, but I never received a phone call or an email. I was then able to locate [redacted]’s cell phone ###-###-#### of which he answered once and told me he would get back to me, but never did and since then will not answer my calls or return my calls. Needless to say, I am out $289.38 and will probably never see that money again, but whats really sad is that he took my babies shoes and those are precious memories that he stole from me!

[redacted] and his family owned business have no business being in business and are a complete scam!! This company should be investigated and ta[redacted] to court for damages done to his customers both financially and emotionally. This company has little to no ethics or morals, they prey on peoples emotions and take money from good upstanding americans. I have contacted the corporate offices of Stride Rite to notify them of the fraudulent company. I also took it upon myself to call several [redacted]s in the area and have made them aware of the situation, but I can’t take the time to notify ever store on the east coast. [redacted] is located in NY, but comes as far as the Metropolitain DC area to advertise his company. I live in Maryland and have tried to contact all the stores located in my area to have them remove his information so that this doesn’t happen to anyone else, but I’m not sure that has actually happen.

Thank you for you assistance in this matter and I hope that something will be done to make sure [redacted] and his company are not able to do this to anyone else and possibly get my money back or at the very least get me babies shoes back.Desired Settlement: Refund of $289.38 and return of both of my children's shoes.

Review: I paid $350 for my baby's first pair of shoes to be bronzed. I contacted the [redacted] directly to give him my change of address so that they would not deliver it to the wrong address in September of 2012 . He said that he will take care of it and it will be a few more weeks before the shoes went out. I contacted customer service in November of 2012 to find out that my shoes have already been delivered back in October. When they checked with the factory that shipped it out apparently the shoe company never gave them the new address. Needless to say when I went to my old neighborhood and spoke to the neighbors no one saw the shoes. When I spoke to the Bronze shoe company again they said I could send another pair of shoes and they will bronze them for me. I told them I will get back to them. I have been contacting them for the last few months with no response asking for my money back because I have no other shoes to bronze my baby only has 1 first pair of shoes.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back including tax and shipping fees.

Review: [redacted] came to our house and took our daughters first shoes to bronze them and took a deposit of $183.90. He stated 12-14 weeks to be done and it's been 2 years now and we never heard from him.Desired Settlement: Shoes back

Review: Its been 6 years that before I got married I wanted my baptism shoes porcelained and they charged me and I paid in payments... meaning I paid all.. They lost my shoes and ive been calling and I even wrote a letter to them and they still have not refunded my money.. Its been more than a few years for them to take care of this matter and they havent all im asking is for them to refund my money and they havent... They are so quick to cashing checks and getting their money. All I want is my money back they have caused stressed in my life and depression they were my only Baptism stuff I had as a child and as a roman catholic it means alot to me... It may not mean anything to them but it does to me... Its part of my life... I want closure they lost my shoes so something needs to be done im tired of waiting for years and nothing has been resolved...Desired Settlement: I want my money back everything that I paid. And an apology letter because their service is poor

Review: I had two orders submitted to thos company to have my daughter's baby shoes bronzed. I was told it would take 10 to 12 weeks max to get my finished product back. Now it is iver 12 weeks. I contacted customer service multiple times and left multiple messages and nobody returns my calls to tell me what bbc.co is going on. I call the number I was given for the [redacted] of the company and I get the same customer service voicemail or it just goes to a generic voicemail. I contacted my sales person repeatedly for almost 2 weeks. He answered once but every other time I get voicemail and I left him many messages. Then a coupke times he texts me and tells me that he put in a call to find out the status and he will call me in a little bit but never calls back.Desired Settlement: I want an immediate phone call explaining where my product is and why it is late. I also want a tracking number so I can track its shipment to my home. Basically I want my promised completed product and some type of compensation for the aggravation. If they cannot furnish my finished product immediately I want my pairs of shoes back immediately and a full refund of my money paid for their lack of services.

Review: TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN [redacted] OF THE BRONZE SHOE COMPANY AT [redacted] CAME TO MY HOME IN PERSON HERE IN BALTIMORE, MD IN MARCH 2013 5 MONTHS AGO I GAVE HIM $50.00 DOLLARS CASH TO BEGIN WORK ON MY GRANDDAUGHTER'S FIRST PAIR OF SHOES TO BE BRONZEDTHE TOTAL BILL WAS $306.34 WHICH HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL 7/*/2013 I WAS THEN SENT A POST CARD FROM THE SENTI-METAL COMPANY [redacted] SAYING THEY WERE IN THE PROCESS OF COMPLETING THE PRESERVING OF MY PRECIOUS LITTLE SHOES 3 TO 4 WKS FOR BRONZE NOW I RECEIVED THIS POST-CARD ON 6/**/2013 I CALLED A FEW WEEKS AFTER RECEIVING THE POST-CARD AND THE WOMAN ON THE OTHER END TOLD ME THERE WAS NO RECORD OF MY GRANDDAUGHTER'S SHOES AND THAT SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHO SENT THE POST-CARD BECAUSETHAT WAS NOT THAT COMPANY AND THAT I WAS NOT IN THE SYSTEM .I WAS HORRIFIED HEARING THIS I SIMPLY SAID TO THE WOMAN IF THE SHOES HAVE BEEN LOST JUST TELL THE TRUTH AND REFUND WHAT I SENT TO YOU SINCE THEN I HAVE REAPEDLY GOTTEN THE VOICE MAIL FROM DIFFERENT NUMBERS OR NO ANSWER AT ALL AND JUST ON AUGUST ** AT 11:23 A.M.
