Review: I worked for this company for a while. I also signed up an organization I belonged to for use of their texting product. When I left that grop I sent in a cancellation notice to SenText.They charged me anyway on their next billing cycle. They said they "didn't get my notice". right - like they don't read their emails. Next they decided that there was an automatic renewal of their contract so they said I couldn't cancel. That sounded strange to me because they failed to pay me multiple commissions because they said "the customer cancelled". Which is true - they don't allow cancellations or they didn't pay me owed commissions?Either way they don't appear to be an honest company and they owe me. Right now that is 3 payments after the cancel - $147.00. I will not agree to any resolution that doesn't include the refund. If they say it is resolved without a refund I will complain again.The the meantime I am working with my band to file disputes for each item.I will file a separate complaint for other unpaid commissions.Desired Settlement: $147.00 refund or commissions due which ever is higher.

I had a horrible experience with Sentext. I signed a contract and like so many companies, the sales consultant told me one thing and their contract said another. They refused to let me out of the contract. They offered to "help in any way they can" and offered me to pay almost $500 to get out of the contract. They are no in business to help customers, only to get them to sign up on contracts that limit your ability to get out of them. I would never never never do business with this company.
