It's unfortunate that this customer felt as though they needed to take things this far, the issues have all been addressed We had no other choice then to pull our guys off the job, due to his electrical contractor treating them poorly Our team should not be subjected to that kind of abuse from another contractorWe take customer service very seriously in our business, it's one of the most important things to usWe have received awards for our outstanding customer service Unfortunately it's impossible to please everyoneOur guys are instructed to follow a contract that the customer has to sign, when the customer is adamant that they want additional work done outside the contract, it's protocol in our office to fill out a change order, and have the customer pay the additional amountThen we will proceed to move forward and do the additional work, in this particular case the customer refused to pay extra, and demanded everything for free because our guys were already there We couldn't make that happen for this particular customer In order for our company to have a contract with a national chain we have to be fully licensed and insured, as well as all staff members to be fully background checked every six monthsMoving forward, all issues have been addressed and we will do our job as contracted

Review: Senterline walked out of the middle of the installation of cabinet install leaving the everything in a mess. There are significant damages to cabinets and the cabinets are not installed to specifications. The installers are extremely rude and have no sense of consumer rights or obligations. Customer service is not in their bloodline. Installers are iextremely arrogant. Because of the quality of the install it is questionable that their installers are anyway certified.Desired Settlement: Full refund of their services as their installation suffers serious quality limitations
