Absolutely the worst service in the Tri Cities. They suck you in with one story and then end up at your house three times as many times as they should and they bill you. I had them spray my shrubs, etc. Watched the tech spray both front and back. Watched her not spray only two trees and nothing else. She also did not spray anything on the sides of my house. Yes, they left me a full bill for the service. I contacted them and told them what had happened. They did send her back to redo her job. Just wonder how many times they don't do their job. Dealing with them is an absolute nightmare. Refuse to let you cancel their service unless you make a personal phone call. What a rinky dink operation. I will never do business with them again and will spread the word as to how bad they are in the neighborhood.
