I have never had worse customer service or treatment from anyone. I inquired about pricing via email and I guess the inside sales lady (Whitney S) assumed I agreed to services. Needless to say she sent someone out to service our property without any type of agreement or confirmation of one. For argument sake I was going to pay the fee for that service but the more I thought about it the more I thought no, it’s the principal! Especially after the treatment I received! She was rude and completely unprofessional from the start of our correspondence, which was another reason I was compelled NOT to use them. She argued with me and insisted I agreed to services. If I had been treated a bit more kindly from the start things may have turned out differently. I understand that miscommunications happen, but when they do treat potential customers with a bit more respect and consideration. It goes a long way for you and the company you work for. I had to call the 800 number to get good service. Never will I recommend or even consider services with Senske in Kennewick! Absolutely terrible!
Way to many chiefs and not enough workers. Ruined our lawn by not getting the irrigation up and running after numerous calls to them to do so. They were mowing dead grass for months until we returned home and saw it.
There are a lot of landscaping companies to call, your neighbors kid could do a better job.
Oh, their pest control was good...LOL!
A representative from Senske came to my home to aerate my lawn in the Spring of 2018. I told him that we are NOT using Senske this year due to being unhappy the service the previous year. He continued, saying there was no charge. We have NOT used Senske for about three years now.
Shortly after, I receive a bill. I called the company and explained that I am not a current customer and that I did not authorize any services. I received an apology and was told it would be taken care of. Yet, I continue to receive bills in the amount of 49.95.
It's not the money that angers me, it's the fact that a business can come into my yard and bill me for unwanted or contracted services. How is this right?
Customer has paid for services and renewed services to the next year.

I am rejecting this response because: I did pay because it went to collection Ian’s did not renew lawncare
Sincerely
We have a signed agreement on file for the services which is why they were sent to collections for non payment. We will cancel future services.

If there was an option for zero star reviews, I would have chosen it. This company has been an absolute nightmare to work with!... Please do NOT use their services or you will absolutely regret it...
A brief history of this issue is:
The original services were provided in about March/April 2017. These didnt seem to make any difference to the lawn or my shrubs at all. In fact, my rose bushes were dying off from a bug infestation and the dead patches in my lawn were getting worse.
I called the company and they sent a tech out who said the lawn was too dry, and that I needed to water a lot more considerably.
On the 18th of September, 2017, I emailed Senske to inform them that there was no difference, I still had bindweeds in my garden and in the lawn, and yellow spots in the lawn as well and my rose bushes were spotted and dying and I requested to cancel any further services. (I still have the email). They then called back and said they would send out a tech who said the lawn was too damp and causing fungus in the grass and that I would have to pay for the treatment. After I refused, the tech said he would "call his manager" and see if they were able to waive the cost for treatment and he would then get back to me... I never heard back from him.
I was then contacted in December 2017 to inform me that my services were being renewed for 2018. I told them again that she was not prepared to pay for any further services because the account should have been canceled last September. They said they would cancel the services and apologized for the inconvenience.
I was then contacted in January 2018 (and has been several times since) being advised that I STILL have an outstanding account of $200 (which included treatments that I never saw done AFTER I had requested to cancel.) After an attempt to email Scott Dickey (a supposed customer relations manager), his only reply was that he was turning my account over to collections. I received a collection letter and was forced to pay $236 for services that were never done!
I am shocked by the horrible customer service and harassment that I received and have since learned (by posting my experience on my FB) that I have other friends and neighbors who have had similar issues with this company. I am surprised they are still in business and hope that no one has to go through the stress that I have had to deal with with them. I am a single, full-time working mother with a small income, but I always pay my bills on time and up until now have had perfect credit... I hope these people are satisfied with how they have taken advantage of me, but I am determined to do whatever I need to help warn other people about their terrible business practices.
Had a leak in our sprinkler system and called these guys out to evaluate the problem.
After reviewing the problem, they quoted us $285 to fix, of which $75 was labor and $210 was parts (See attached image of problem, invoice). $210 for sprinkler parts seemed high and we asked him about it. He confirmed that the parts had to be ‘special ordered’ and that only $75 of the quote was labor. Seemed unreasonably expensive, so I passed on the repair.
Went online to see how much the quoted parts cost and came in at $16.55. I can understand marking up products 20% to 30% to make a profit, but $210? It was blatantly dishonest and shameful to try and take advantage of us.
If you’re looking for an honest company, these aren’t your people. Very disappointing behavior.
To whom it may concern
I had this company come out to check out my sprinklers and turn them on. And Milo said that I needed a new sprinkler heads because they were taking too much water. So I made an appointment and they came out and they put them in, And I ask him if he had set the sprinkler Heads and he said yes. So he left and then I went out and noticed one of them he forgot to change out so I called him back and he came over and fix that. Then when I was watering he had not fix the timing on the sprinklers so they were going all over the place. And so I called them again and they came out again after a week and I called them again, and the manager came out and fix them I thought he said the person that put them in the in a crappy job and he was really T off, so he started to fix the timer is on the sprinklers. And then he left and then I turn them on again and they were not fix it didn't cover parts of the yard. And one sprinkler was broken again but I decided not to call them after they have been out here five times. So I I'm making this complaint and hoping they will take off some money from the bill. The also overcharged me to turn on my sprinklers which they charge me m 130 bucks. Now I have to get somebody else to fix them. I will not recommend this company to anybody.
Salesman was very pushy, started checking all kinds of services with an outrageous price, would not listen when I told him what I wanted, after a time of arguing with him I got the service I wanted. They do not show up when promised, did not call ahead as promised, can't see any results.
I will not use them again now will I recommend them. Big business at its best, stick with the local guy and keep your money locally.
I had a prior issue with this company. They smoothed talked me into giving them a second chance. Three times this season they have been a no show on the date they said they would be here. They just decided to reschedule and never let me know. I have had to call to find out what happened. I have a gate I need to open. It frustrates me when the gate is unlocked all day and no one shows up.
We received the Revdex.com letter about this case *** on 11/28/2017 in regard to customer account***. We spoke with this customer the day after the complaint was filed with you guys, 11/10/2017and resolved the issue with the customer. We notified the supervisors of the issue with the technician inquestion as well as the issues with scheduling. The supervisors have been attempting to get a hold of hersince that day, but they have been working with the customer all year due to the issues with her lawn.
Thank You,
Whitney S.
