Review: This morning I took a cab to pick up my rental. it was scheduled for 9:00. Nobody was at the office or answered the phone even though the office door said you opened at 8. Another customer told me this was typical.Worried I would be late for work I took another cab back to downtown for my work day. They called hours later with no excuse. Now I'm out 30 dollars and still don't have a car.I contacted the company who denied that they were absent and promptly refused to provide me with service since I complained. I think that they should at least comp me for the two cab rides I had to take.Desired Settlement: I would like them to pay for the two taxis I had to take as well as for rental service.
