I think they are not honest people and they should not be selling online products to the unsuspecting public.

If I could give them below one star I would. I ordered what they called a Gray piece of art but when we received it they color is Brown. There is a lot of shades of color between brown and gray. It would not match my recently painted bedroom So I had to return it. I had to pay $45 to return a picture that cost $129. It was not my fault that someone in describing the picture entered it as gray and should have entered it as brown.

I was willing to overlook the cheap frame that they describe as something different.

Just as mentioned below, I too wish I saw these posts before I ordered. Product is just cheap vinyl stapled to wood border. I wrote a bad review on their website of my concerns of how cheesy their product was and shockingly my review never was posted on their site...very deceitful on their part

I wish I would have read these reviews first! My complaint is the same as the rest! This is NOT what I ordered! The description is a Wood Frame. This is nothing more than a cheap piece of art on a canvas! Same story, I could keep the product, and get a discount on another order. I opted to return the product and it cost me $43!!!!!!!!! I am awaiting my 100 percent refund. I sent a very clear photo of the UPS label. I was asked to resend the label because the couldn't read it. And here we go! I am hoping this is not a battle to get a full refund, but I have a feeling these are con artists. Hoping for the best, expecting the worst! DO NOT buy from this company!

Not what I expected. Cheaply made for the price. Was expensive.

I was extremely disappointed when I received my order of wall art as it was not as pictured on the sensefordecor.com website. The color was stated as grey but looked more green. When I contacted the company they offered to give me a 20% refund to just keep the art. When I refused and said I wanted to return it, they increased their offer to a 30% refund. I wanted a FULL refund, so although I thought it was completely wrong that they were not helping me to return the product according to the statement on their website "We at Sense Of Art are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed." I thought I would go ahead and pay the shipping charges to return the product and at least net more than the 30% refund they were offering on my $159 purchase. That was when I discovered return shipping costs were going to be $69!!!

I tried one more time to write to the company to express "I will plan to report you to the Revdex.com for false advertising." Their response was "We are very sorry if you are not happy with the policy.

First of all the product is extremely overpriced, and the quality is very poor. It’s is cheap material barely stapled to a wood frame. It looks absolutely nothing like what they Advertise. I was hesitant on purchasing this product. I should went with my gut. Don’t waste your money!

I love my picture. Arrived quickly (during covid-19). Maybe pricey, but well made and I love it. And with free shipping, it makes the price seem reasonable. Will buy again.

Received my product today after about a month and a half after ordering it. The product is nothing like as advertised on the website. I believed I was getting a wooden frame and it came as a canvas with a wood design. I ordered my art in the colour brown, and it came in gray. I contacted them regarding a return of the product, And they told me just sell it to a friend or keep it. They would give me a 20% credit to my account if I kept it, but why would I wanna order something from them that is nothing like what they described. Now I am stuck with the product that cost me way too much for what I actually received… And cannot use. Very disappointed with this company. Do not order from them!

They do everything possible to stop you from returning your purchase.

I ordered a piece of art from here and it looks nothing like the picture. The colors are dull and it’s about 50 percent smaller than advertised . It’s also advertised that it comes with a wood frame so for the price you think you are getting something nice however it’s nothing more than the wood that is made available on the pictures at dollar stores throughout the country . The price I paid was outrageous compared to the product received . I have reached out to them by phone and email several times with no response which is funny because I reached out to them prior to receiving my product to guarantee the color and they got back to me within minutes . They advertise a 100 percent guarantee on the products including refund but I am unable to get in contact with them . They not have a 30 day window to return the product which is almost up so I am very concerned that I spent so much money on a dollar store picture .

They said they were running behind on their orders since the pandemic, which is understandable. However it's been longer than the 10 day period and I haven't gotten any notification from them. When I called, I got an automated message that said there was an option to speak to a live person. That live person had to take a message and could not tell me anything about my order, even when I asked if I could just cancel. Really? I put one star, but at this writing, I would prefer to give it no stars.

I think this company purposely misleads you to think you are getting a wood sign in their description. It came up when searching wood signs. They seem to only allow the perfect reviews because the one I left won’t show up. I got the same email, keep it for 20 percent credit back. I hate it, besides being canvas which was only listed in tiny letters where you select the size but no where in the description it only says wood in the actual description. I know it’s going to be costly but I hate it, the grey is lavender. Worst mistake I ever made ordering online. Be careful. I asked if they had a way to set up a ups pick up as business often get a cheaper rate, but of course they don’t want to make it affordable so you will be stuck with it. I wish I had searched more than their reviews before purchasing. 199 dollars for a cheap canvas is a total rip off.

I bought this sense of art may 2019. Never been in the sun and it’s all Rippled I contacted the company and they said there’s only 30 day warranty so sorry too bad. Don’t buy from them...

I was so nervous after my purchased ... since I found these reviews. My art arrived today Just one week I waited and it notified me every step of the way. I am so happy!!! Canvas art is equivalent to hobby lobby canvas . So if you love those you will love these. Not cheap and made very well! Prices are a little high but so glad I found something for my kitchen.

My advice...DO NOT PURCHASE FROM Sense of Art. Actual product is not at all what it is perceived to be. It’s a paper print laid over a very basic wood frame. Opened back, not covered. As cheap as can be!
Nowhere near the price paid. Returns are nonexistent because the cost is outrageous. I paid $140 for the product and it would have cost $69 to return. They actually discourage returns and that my friends is how they are making money. People aren’t going to return it at those costs. Their response to my complaint was “To avoid the hassle of returning it we have an option for you, a 20% courtesy refund will be applied on the account and you can keep the item. Either sell it or give it to a friend. Plus we will give you a 10% discount on your next purchase by using the code: COUPON10.”
So, I paid $140 and would have gotten a whopping $28 refund and would still have a piece of crap art piece that I wouldn’t give away much less gift to someone! And on top of that they actually think I’m going to order again from them because of a 10% discount??? Not happening!

This company is a fraud. The art looks nothing like online. It is just a cheap paper around wood. They also don't tell you when you return it that it costs half of what you paid. I paid $103 and had to pay $48 for the return.

I purchased an item from this company on the understanding that I would be able to return it if not satisfied. Their website states "Unhappy with your product? We'll take it back! We stand by our high-quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed" Above that statement is a 365 day money back guarantee logo. I made the purchase in September as a Christmas gift. The recipient wanted to return it for a full refund, but when I contacted the company, they now say it is only a 30 day money back guarantee, and only offered a 15% refund. I even sent them a screen shot of the original guarantee.

Hi, we responded to the customer's email on January 29th and gave him an option that he can return the item to our address and once received a maximum refund of 15% will be processed. It is clearly stated in our Return and Cancellation Policy that we are giving 30-day warranty to our items if they wanted to return it.

The customer never stated that it was damaged, he just said that the item is still on its original packaging and they just wanted to return it. Please do know that the order was placed on September 17, 2018, at 6:53 pm from Online Store which was way beyond the 30 day period.

We have another option to the customer, they can keep the item and we will provide a 15% refund on the account.
