[redacted]   Regina or Dispute Resolution Department:   Regarding complaint # [redacted]:   First of all, sorry for the delay in my response. Due to my home office, I spend very little time at our office address at [redacted] and only check the mailbox once a month, so your letter was not picked up until recently.   Secondly, due to the fact that the previous owner is failing to contact, and address, homeowner questions and possible warranty issues is causing frustration amongst these homeowners. My purchase agreement states that all pools built, or in progress of being built, prior to my purchase date of August 8, 2014, is the responsibility of the previous owner. I have been told, specifically, not to become involved with these “prior” pools. Mr. [redacted] states “…and the previous owner seems to think it is not his problem…”…it’s not my problem, and Mr. [redacted] is welcome to contact my attorney for clarification if he so desires. Any false accusations, or verbiage, posted by Mr. [redacted] on a public site that sounds like a non-deserving complaint towards my company (my LLC is a separate entity from Mr. [redacted]’s), is going to be deeply frowned upon.   I would strongly suggest that Mr. [redacted] contact the previous owner, [redacted] again at [redacted].
