What is it that she wants to resolve the issue?
Sensa Air just lost the lawsuit I filed against them. They defrauded me of over $7000. Sam Zaghal was sent to me by my home warranty company (lawsuit against them still pending) and told me my furnace was shot. Collected money to order me a new, custom made one. He never ordered anything, kept the money, and, it turned out THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY FURNACE! He had turned it off!
Please contact me if you had a similar experience. I need more testimonials to help put this crook away. Call me at 301-320-6610. Let's get Sam off to jail.
Review: a neighbor referred this company, I called they came out for an emergency service call and replaced a compositor charged 381.00$ and did a hard start. he also said that it needed to be cleaned and replace other compositor and the estimate for that was 450.00. had a/c working for a week called him back and he came back out and said the whole outside unit needed to be replaced, I paid him 500.00$ gave me an estimate of 5000.00 for a refurbished one and 7200.00 for a brand new unit.told him I didn't have that kind of money and he instructed me to call my insurance company and tell them that there was a bad storm that caused a power surge and damaged my heat pump.He emailed me an invoice and it's total was 7901.00$!!!!!My insurance company told me he has been calling them and harassing them for the checkDesired Settlement: I would like him to come take this unit he installed and I will go with another company.or he is to replace the unit he put in with a NEW UNIT and reduce the price to 3500.00
