Hello,Per our conversation earlier, Senor Seguaro has not finished their work with usThey have not replaced the landscape blue rock, they have raked over the existing blue and brown rock and further blended it - we want it fully replaced- not raked overFurther, they simply are not giving us more rock we need to cover our landscapeThe fountain feature is now ruined as they have sawed off the spout to get rid of dripping problemWhen they sawed off the rock, all the dust and residue fell into the fountain and created a thick layer that now makes the fountain impossible to use otherwise it will clog the pump of the fountainThis dust was their carelessness and needs to be removed otherwise our fountain will not operateOur fountain was repainted but never sealed- needs to be resealedFireplace has not been repainted or resealedThey still have not cut our artificial turf to fit our landscape as it pouches around where it is cut and where the travertine begins.Thank you,***

Review: Señor Saguaro designed and installed our landscaping when we closed on our house in August 2010 and we paid over $50,000. We assumed that everything would be installed correctly and that it would last. However, this has proven untrue. We have had several issues with the masonry and sprinkler system. Contacting the manager is difficult, buy when I have spoken with [redacted] about these issues, I was told that someone would come out to fix it, but no one comes. I've had other contractors come to evaluate the masonry and all have commented on how unprofessional it looked and that a complaint should be filed because to make the necessary repairs would cost over $5,000. I finally paid another company $1,300 to fix the issues with the sprinklers.Desired Settlement: Repair the masonry.

Ok according to my notes [redacted] we did the repairs on the sprinklers and tile but I'm not sure what else he needs repair on as far as masonry is involved.

Review: We hired Senor Saguaro to do our landscaping in our front and backyard and paid them in full over 60 days ago. I assumed they needed the money immediately and gave it to them although they were not finished with the work and the quality of their work is already in question. To date they still have not finished T-ing off our gas line, grooming artificial turf, fixing leaks in drip system, repairing chips in masonry, caulking our fountain, replacing the rocks they gave us which were the incorrect color, replace plants that are dead because of failure of company to respond to phone calls in timely manner, second coat on water fountain and leaks in and timer for water fountain. Señor Saguaro resolved issues fairly quickly while we were still paying them, but since they have received full payment, they have ignored countless phone calls and text messages. The owner promised on day I paid in full she would be back with workers to finish the work that needed to be done and has not delivered over 60 days later. We are happy with much of the work done- it is just not finished. Another issue we have with the company is myself and my neighbors caught the workers uninating on our property. When confronted, they continued this behavior until I complained again. That is not only an exposure issue but a health hazard. We are very disappointed and want our work finished or money back.Desired Settlement: As an outcome, we just want the work done that we paid for: finish the jobs mentioned in the problem section and send professional workers who will behave and use facilities to completion. If a good team is sent these are problems that can be fixed within a few days and we want this done immediately. We paid in full 60 days ago- we want it finished now.
