Senita Construction

We had roof repaired March 2018 by Senita Construction. Mr. advised us that we had a 5 year warranty on the labor. In October of 2019 we were experiencing a leak at the fireplace. We made 3 phone calls to Senita Construction, Oct 3, Oct 7 and Oct 14, leaving a message with the issue we were having. We never received a return call. A letter was then sent to the company address on Oct 21, 2019 requesting that they could make an attempt to correct the leak before we had more damage. No response to the letter. We had to hire another roofer to repair the problem we were having. This company also advised us that there was no ice guard at the site of problem, something that we were suppose to have had done by Senita.
