I can't count the number of times someone from Senior Advisor has called even thought I say no every time and tell them not to call again. The phone calls need to STOP!

I keep getting phone calls from a woman that says she is from senior advisor. Also from the same number a man calls and he sounds like he is mexican and the messages make no sense. This needs to stop. Thank you,Joyce Carter

I just moved out of Anthology after almost 5 years. The services and business practices are deplorable. The staff is ever-changing, the maintenance is poor, elevators breaking, amenities are laughable, there is no guest parking, the rent keeps going up, the business office is dysfunctional, and the place has 130+ empty apartments...for good reasons. This is not a good choice for an active senior.

I called Senior Advisor because I needed help finding LTC facility for my mother. It appeared she was more interested in what resources my mother had than to provide me with names of LTC facilities. Apparently, my mother did not make enough money, so she transferred me over to the resource department which no one answered.

She could a least stated that Senior Advisor could not help me. The call to Senior Advisor was a waste of time.

We toured several facilities with our father who is a very social person and of the places we toured this one jumped out at him because residents were out and about. The other places were not right. He gets 3 meals per day which is important for him. The rooms are nice, the staff has been very easy to work with and they try to keep him busy. He can come and go as he wants which is a must he loved traveling.

I can honestly say that I am very impressed how the caregivers have been throughout this Pandemic. Not one case has been reported by either worker or resident. they locked the facility down immediately when this all started so it was prevented from entering this facility. Not many other facilities in this area can say the same. they required the residents to stay in their rooms and meals were delivered to them so limited contact with anyone helped prevent the virus from getting to them. They have started to have fun activities for the residents to help with the day to day living inside their space. I feel its just as hard on the residents and the caregivers getting through this pandemic but they are doing the best then can to keep each other safe. I'm proud of the care they are taking to keep everyone safe and I gladly recommend Vintage Gardens to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.
