Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: the hours were not documentedPart of the time was spent leaving the premises to purchase suppliesIf you look at other complaints on Yelp, you'll see that many of us customers were overcharged for the hourly rate (who charges @255/hour??) and that the presumed hours of service were highly questionableThese were simple jobs--the smoke detector was replaced in less than minutes, for instance.

As mentioned before the hours are clearly marked on the work order (attached)Also customer was present and saw how the work was done and how long it took, just like she saw how long it took to replace smoke detectorAnd also as mentioned before only one technician left for 1/hour to pick up parts, which customer also sawAnd customer was not charged for an hour and minWhich a lot more than half an hour it took one of our technicians to pick up necessary parts and received 10% of labor discount

Upon arrival at MrsAldridge residence our technicians were told what needs to be doneThe work was in two separate areasOne technicianOne technician went to work on the problem outside the other was working in the basementCustomer saw that both technicians were working separatelyAs you
can see from work order (copy attached) each technician worked for hours minutes which is 5hours minutes totalCustomer was only charged for hoursAlso customer received 10% off labor discountCustomer signed work order agreeing to price quoted and satisfactory completion of workThere is no wrong doing on part of A-Plus Electric, Incand/or our technicians
