returned from our trip last week.  We still think Senior Services of America could improve their business practices.  They did not even offer to reimburse any of the money we paid for April when Mom was only at [redacted] for about 10 days, before entering the hospital & rehab facility.  They only said they could give us a partial refund for May when we said we were not bringing her back to [redacted].Thank you for your assistance with this matter.  [redacted]
