Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:When I moved into the apartment, Jan2011, I was told that after the first year, that month-to-month rental was allowedIn 2016, then-manager Brenda Barnes was informed I would be leaving as soon as I could find a home in Washington.? She assured me that this would be okayThe next new manager, [redacted] ***, was informed several months in advance that I was planning to move, and she also stated that, having given more than adequate notice, I just needed to let her know the exact date? I left without any indication whatsoever that I was in violation of contract? ? Six years is bound to exhibit some signs of wear and tear? Ms [redacted] examined the apartment at the time I left and declared it to be in acceptable condition.? Ms [redacted] apparently did NOT inform her boss, ProdiGem, that I was leaving? She quit quite suddenly, about a week after I had left the state, and apparently did not complete her duties in reporting my vacancy? This is NOT MY FAULT? I left in perfectly good standing? ? I feel that this management company, ProdiGem, is trying to recover their own losses due to the behavior of their own employee by attributing them to meIn addition, I believe it is their excuse for refusing to repay me the $in pet fees that were demanded on my first occupation date.? I have made it clear to ProdiGem that I will accept no responsibility for the standard refurbishing of the apartment nor for the lack of responsibility of their own employee who left them holding the bag?
