Senior Pages

Review: A representative from Senior Pages by the name of [redacted] approached us for advertising with in the Senior Directory. When doscussing the options, we were informed that we would be the only Advisor from Edward Jones "LISTED" in the directory if we made a commitment to advertise. When the directory was received we were not only not listed, but several other advisors were listed under the Edward Jones title, with a referance to the add on the page for us. I had spoken to [redacted] on several occasions, and was told it will be resolved, and the publisher will be in touch ([redacted]). After waiting several weeks, I called Senior Pages directly, and was informed by Mr [redacted] that the company was not at fault, and that the listings for the advisors were free (told by representitive no listing unless pay). I was told by Mr [redacted] that I signed a contract and am liable regardless of what was said by employee/representative. Missleading sales tactics, and want other individuals to be aware of company character and ethics.Desired Settlement: Remaining balance of contract credited, and voided.
