After a couple of years of using this company we had an occasion to need to sign up for a new plan. We contacted our agent Marcos Alcantar and after one call, he said he would look into what was available to meet our needs and get back with us in a few days. Instead he disappeared. He did not returned our calls. We called the main office and spoke with two office staff members over the course of two days, who assured me he would call. He has not. Now the office won't take our calls and let's it go to voicemail. I am very disappointed in the blatant client neglect and abandonment. However, once I left a voicemail stating that I would be finding a new agent and reporting his agency did he call me immediately and make all kinds of excuses. If he is so busy that he can't spare two minutes to touch base with us in two weeks and only flies into action in the face of fearing a negative report, then I made the right decision to find a new agent.
