I am rejecting this...

response because:Jason can say he never promised anything...but I made detailed notes at the time I first accepted his offer. After a year, I may have forgotten the details of our conversations -- but I was skeptical of his claims at the time, so I made a point of writing them down. As mentioned before, the promises were only verbal, so I recognize that I can't hold him to his claims. I just want others to be wary of his empty promises.A secondary consideration others must make is that he is extremely unresponsive to inquiries once he has your business.My sole reason for the complaint is to warn others. I do not expect any further services from Jason (dba Algreens TV)

In response to the complaint I have a signed contract after clients property was installed, and is against business practices to buy out existing contracts.I personally said that your price will go up on the second year and the contracts states that.
