I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be tolerable to me with the following stipulations:1. They know and continue to know that their customer service is severely lacking, and I will never refer them or use them again.2. They make an appointment, and keep it. I am tired of taking off work for them to NO SHOW!3. I don't get fed a bunch of attitude when and if this call happens, would actually appreciate a different tech.4. If all that happens and the unit is repaired to my satisfaction, I will notify my credit card company to re-issue funds that I put a hold on.
