H*** regarding the message left by *** Both Dr.'s then informed me about the negative social media review that was placed on Yelp and our Facebook accounts by *** After reviewing all notes in the paper chart with DrH*** it came to our attention that the previous front office staff that were here during did not do the correct writeoffs that DrH*** had written down in the chart On 05/23/Pt came in and received the the NG and had N2Ofor $and had #& #seatedThis total comes to $ I called *** to let her know what I found on the chart and she immediately stated that she did not owe anything and that her and her mother (*** *** had spoke with Drh*** 8mths ago and he told them that they did not owe anything.I then asked if I could place her on hold I then told drH*** and he stated that after all adjustments we are writing off $ We want to work with her due to previous front office staff not doing the adjustments or calling her, we have all information in our favor if she did want to go to a lawyer I took *** off hold and by that time she had me on speaker phone with her mom and her Her mom wanted to know what the balance was so I told her $and I would make the correct adjustments and writeoff all finance charges Mom was fine with that, but *** was still upset that her credit had been ruinedI told *** that after this payment I would be more than happy to call the collection agency that she was sent to to dissolve the account and report to all Credit Bureuas to dissolve this account with us Mother paid the balance in fullAccount is closed
