Review: I hired this company to repair my roof, chimneys and other repairs. I recently contacted [redacted] (the owner) because Shingles are falling off the roof. He told me that I need to contact my insurance company because he will not fix the shingles due to a windy day. I told him that if the shingles had been properly installed they would not have come off. Since I hired this company I have had nothing but problems with the repairs, to the point that they had to come back to fix the chimney 4 or 5 time. I expressed my concerns when they first fixed my roof that the shingles seemed puckered I was told the heat from the sun would make the shingles lie down.Desired Settlement: I would like to have all missing shingles replaced and any lose shingles properly nailed down and glued.
