This family has refused to pay there bill and is requesting a grossly exaggerated amount to cover the clothes that were lost in place of paying their balance The discharge was planned in advance and communicated well ahead of the actual date however the family did not make any arrangements to relocate their mother We have been in contact with the family to try to collect the past due but they continue to argue that we owe them over $1,in clothes While at the facility we offered to compensate them for any replaced items with receipts but none were produced We are sorry for any communication issues
