After reviewing the customers response, Lindsey L [redacted] the president of our company, will be in touch with him to schedule a time to meet on site

We have been in contact with the customer and will be on site at 6am 7/11/to work together to come to an agreement to correct the situationACI stands behind all work we perform and will make every effort to resolve the issue

ACI returned to our house to make said repairs The repairs made are equal to what we had Now we have new joints in the driveway where they laid new asphalt on a portion of the driveway The driveway still holds water in the part that they ground out to raise the area but it now holds more water than before The sealcoat company they hired to coat the driveway left ruts in the yard from their heavy truck and trailer they were pulling as they drove through the front yard The quality of the work is poor but they did return after a year of not being happy I am still not happy with the finished product

Mark E*** has spoken to *** both 7/11/as well as 7/12/They came to an agreement to have the issue resolved by the end of the monthThe driveway will be completed correctly by the agreed time frameACI has to have time to get this scheduled for material as well as laborThe agreed time has been set for 7-business days with weather permittingAt that time we expect the issue to be resolved

*** ***ACI Mark did come to my site and review this matter There is no resolution to this yet but he is to get back with me in a couple days This was a positive meeting and if all goes as discussed I believe this can be resolved
