Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.My first concern is that you have a mailing address that I have not been at since September of 2008.  If the services you indeed stated were delivered in August of 2012, then why would you have not had an updated address?  I was NEVER notified of this debt or given the opportunity to reconcile it prior to it being tagged on to my credit report.  This is NOT an acceptable practice and is quite unfair on the part of Senex.  At this time I am requesting that you remove the report from the two credit bureaus where it is posted until we have had enough time to resolve this matter.  If I do indeed owe $50 to Senex I will certainly pay it. 
I will also state that the services I received for care in August of 2012 was supposed to be waived of any fees beyond what I had already paid to [redacted].  With such an old debt in such a small amount I am certain that this is a mistake on the part of[redacted].  However if it is not, I will happily pay $50 to resolve the matter, but this should be removed from my credit report by Senex at this time.  Regards,[redacted]
