I have tried calling and speaking with the dentist or owner but the lady at the front desk (I cant remember her name, think it started with a 'J') refused to let me speak to the dentist. She told me she has to handle everything- the dentist doesn't want to deal with this stuff. When I called their other location to see if I could get anywhere, the lady there said she would speak to the doctors and get back to me. I called back 3 weeks later because I never heard back and she said that she talked to the doctors about the situation and if they wanted to talk to me they would call me- no one ever called me
