Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowIn response to the letter received via the Revdex.comNo communication directly from the food chain has ever happenedI have been the ones that have called to discussNever once have they picked up the phone to call me regarding that damaged on site by their on-site manager who requested us get a repair estimate and that it would get taken care ofThe on-site manager's name [redacted] [redacted] copied our information and stated that they would get back to us about the damage that they physically took pictures of on site with the carts on my van The fact that they are stating that this did not happen when but if they looked on the videos they would see this had happenedThey refuse to deny this due to "acts of God For them to now say just did not happen is worse than it was before since it was verified and documented by their own on-site managerIf they would've kept the carts cleaned there would be no issue This is just like a business responsibility of salting when there is ice or snow it is part of doing business In review they are now saying this never happenedThat is my understanding with the letter this is unacceptable for any local business to treat its customers this way Regards,
